Alsco Uniforms is a multi-national company with a well-recognized brand profile.

Our business includes laundering and delivering rental Garments, Floor Mats and Towels throughout New Zealand, as well as Washroom, Sanitation & Feminine Hygiene products & Services, specialist cleaning supplies, and consumables.

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Delivery Person to join our team in Hamilton.

A strong level of physical fitness, customer service and good time management are required.

The hours of this role are Monday : 5am - 1 : 30pm Tuesday - Friday : 7am-3 : 30pm.

THis role will cover customers in Frankton, Huntly and Ngaruawahia.

Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for servicing Textile Products such as Mats, Towels and Garments.

Ensuring that all products are serviced to the highest standards of quality.

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Taking pride in your job and your vehicle, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.

To Be Successful :

Excellent communication skills and customer-focus, with reasonable physical fitness.

You have high attention to detail for ensuring high quality service.

Ability to work unsupervised, solve problems, and manage your time effectively.

Prior experience in a similar role would be favourable but not essential.

Full training and ongoing mentorship will be provided

This is not just a delivery driver role.

We are looking for someone who can service products at customer sites and grow relationships, requiring strong customer interaction and service skills.

Requirements :

A full and clean driver's license.

You must pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.

You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
