You will introduce process improvements and drive your team towards success and further clinical development whilst ensuring our clients get the best possible support.

This role offers a diverse client range where you will work on a variety of cases and rehabilitation programmes.

You will work autonomously and maintain a clinical caseload in addition to mentoring your team.

Main ResponsibilitiesWork with the Clinical / Service Leads to ensure high-quality serviceConsider client feedback to develop best practice / process improvements for the clinic / regionDeliver personalised solutions for rehabilitation services and productsWork on a diverse and exciting caseload, determining appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans

The Ideal CandidateMust have NZ Physio registration and current APC5 years' experience is desirableFull NZ Driver's license for community rehabilitationExcellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
