Inchcape Automotive Retail (NZ) Limited is looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Sales team at the  KGM &   LDV dealership in Wellington .

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind our customer-focused vehicle and aftermarket sales.

Your mission?  To deliver exceptional experiences that turn prospects into loyal customers.

From the moment a customer walks through our doors, you’ll be their guide—building rapport, understanding their needs, and matching them with the perfect vehicle. You’ll also play a key role in our aftermarket sales, ensuring customers have access to the best products to enhance their driving experience.

You'll be excited by :

  • Achieving Sales Targets :  Meet or exceed monthly personal sales targets. Be an advocate for our finance, insurance, and aftermarket solutions.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service :  Provide an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint. Build trust and maintain positive relationships throughout the buying process.
  • Embrace Continuous Improvement :  Show passion for our brands, seek personal growth, and contribute to our team’s success. Be ready to challenge the status quo and navigate new ways forward.
  • Maintain Professionalism :  Keep our showroom in top shape, manage your customer diary effectively, and ensure all paperwork is completed to the highest standard.

You will :

  • Customer-Focused Experience :  Previous experience in customer service or a sales role where you’ve demonstrated your ability to deliver great experiences.
  • Team Player :  A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow alongside your teammates.
  • Strong Communication Skills :  Ability to engage with customers both in person and through digital platforms.
  • Drive and Determination :  A full NZ driver’s license and a passion for helping customers find the vehicle that fits their needs.
