We are seeking a Head of Corporate Business Management & Delivery — a senior leadership role that sits at the heart of our Corporate Banking team.

Te turanga | The role

In this pivotal role, you'll drive operational excellence, strategy, and delivery across Corporate Banking — leading initiatives that enable growth, strengthen governance, and enhance customer outcomes.

You'll oversee risk and compliance, business performance, and transformation initiatives, ensuring best practice, strong controls and clear priorities across a complex portfolio.

Your day-to-day will include :

Partnering with the GM and Corporate Banking Leadership Team to set and deliver strategic priorities

Leading key programmes, change initiatives and regulatory workstreams

Overseeing risk and compliance, ensuring strong frameworks and continuous improvement

Managing performance reporting and insights to inform strategic decisions

Acting as a trusted advisor and delegate for the GM, representing Corporate Banking internally and externally

Coaching and developing a talented, collaborative team to achieve excellence

Championing process simplification, automation, and transformation initiatives that drive results

You're an experienced leader who thrives in complex environments, able to balance strategic thinking with delivery excellence.

You have strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of business banking and market dynamics, and a natural ability to influence and connect across all levels.

To succeed, you'll bring :

10+ years' senior leadership experience in financial services, business management, or delivery roles

Proven ability to lead through change and deliver measurable outcomes

Strong governance, risk and compliance knowledgeExceptional communication and relationship building skills – from team to board levelAnalytical and financial insight with the ability to translate data into actionA collaborative leadership style that empowers others and drives continuous improvement
