A well-established company TD TRANSPORT SERVICES LIMITED is now enlarging its team to cope with the fast development.

We are looking for DIGGER DRIVER.

More details about the position

? Location : AUCKLAND
? Job type : Full-time Permanent
? Number of positions for this job : up to 5
? Pay rate : from $28-$32 per hour
? Days required : 5-6 days / week
? Hours per week : min 30, max 50 hours per week

Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

? Operating and maneuvering excavators and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.

? Excavating and digging trenches, ditches, foundations, and other structures according to project plans and specifications.

? Loading and unloading materials, such as earth, rocks, debris, and equipment, using the excavator.

? Performing routine maintenance on the excavator, including lubricating parts, checking fluid levels, and inspecting for damages or malfunctions.

? Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while operating the equipment and working on-site.

? Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth project operations.

? Following blueprints, maps, and instructions to accurately complete excavation tasks.

? Monitoring and adjusting the operation of the excavator to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Job Requirement

? At least three-years relevant prior experience or substitute with a formal qualification

? A "can-do" attitude

? Have an eye on details

? Self-motivated

? Clean non-criminal record
