What you'll do :
- Take charge of a dynamic portfolio across Radio, Digital, and Out of Home advertising channels.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
- Drive lead generation and new business development.
- Increase MediaWorks' revenue share by crafting strategies that achieve client objectives.
- Build and maintain trusted, long‑term client relationships.
- Create customized solutions that deliver measurable client success.
- Achieve targets and KPIs while mastering the art of sales excellence.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in Salesforce.
What's you'll bring :
You're a natural-born salesperson with a proven track record in B2B account management and new business acquisition. A network in Taranaki is a bonus, but your ability to build relationships and uncover opportunities will set you apart. You thrive on delivering results for clients and smashing sales targets.
5+ years experience in account sales management and new business development.Strong understanding of sales processes, time management, and strategic planning.A knack for identifying and converting opportunities.A passion for media, creativity, and achieving success in a dynamic industry.Excellent communication skills and a client‑first approach.A proven ability to foster long‑term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Media experience is an advantage but not essential.
