Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Support daily store operations by assisting customer needs.

Maintain strong store presentation to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Champion Customer Service & Engagement : Be highly visible, engage customers with personalised assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.

Drive Product Availability & Quality : Continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation.

Support Smooth Operations & Standards : Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.

Prioritise Safety & Compliance : Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
