What we need
We\'re looking for an SDR Sales Enablement Specialist to drive performance coaching for our NZ-based SDR team across Micro, Core, and Mid-Market segments in both Inbound and Outbound. You\'ll act as a hands-on coach and quality champion — spending time in the field running 1 : 1 sessions, shadowing live calls, reviewing Outreach, and quickly identifying and addressing performance gaps.
Your mission is to elevate SDR performance by coaching to best-in-class standards and improving funnel metrics like MQL-to-SAO conversion, connect rates, demo sit rates, and revenue. You\'ll lift both quantity (activity, connect rates, pipeline coverage) and quality (targeting, messaging, CRM discipline). In partnership with SDR Managers, you\'ll help reps develop the skills, mindset, and consistency to influence revenue — not just generate leads.
SDRs are revenue influencers. This role will help embed that belief across the business by setting clear standards, optimising processes, and coaching relentlessly to help reps balance high-volume activity with high-impact conversations. Your work will fuel pipeline growth and scale a high-performing SDR engine.
Key responsibilities
1 : 1 Tactical Coaching & Performance Enablement : conduct regular 1 : 1 coaching sessions, live call shadowing, and structured roleplaysDeliver real-time feedback on messaging, objection handling, and conversion techniquesTrack and optimise funnel performance across MQL-to-SAO conversion, call-to-connect, connect-to-opportunity, demo sit rates, and revenue growthSDR Quality Assurance & Workflow Uplift : audit SDR calls and CRM hygiene; identify bottlenecks and resolve through coaching or changes; collaborate with Ops to improve workflows, sequences, and data accuracy; align coaching with performance needsChannel Growth : standardise SDR workflows against benchmarks, develop product knowledge, objection handling and closing techniques; embed best practices in prospecting and lead qualification; foster knowledge retentionCollaborate & Commercial Impact : work with SDR Managers to support coaching and performance goals; align strategy with GTM initiatives; champion a high-performance culture; amplify strategic initiatives across Inbound and OutboundWhat you\'ll bring
