We leverage tools like Replit, Cursor v0, and others to handle the coding grunt work, so we need your sharp thinking, architectural insight, and ability to deliver that crucial last mile.

You'll design, build, and operate AI-powered products end-to-end : from APIs and data models to agent workflows, evals, and clean UIs.

Expect rapid cycles, high autonomy, and tight feedback loops with founders and domain leads.What you'll doBuild production web services, UIs, and data pipelines that power agentic workflows.Implement tool / func calling, planning, and eval harnesses to keep agents reliable.Work across modules like pre-construction / consenting, compliance checks, and voice assistants.Integrate third-party systems (APIs, CRMs, telephony, payments, data stores).
