Senior Mechanical / Piping Designer

We're looking for a Senior Piping Designer to join our Mechanical Drafting team, reporting directly to our Mechanical Drafting Manager. Day to day you'll be responsible for the creation of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, pipe routing, piping isometrics and pipe supports.

Variety is on offer here as there's also the opportunity to design fired and unfired pressure vessels, designing ducting, stacks and tanks. The role also involves sharing your knowledge and training team members.

Key responsibilities include :

• Piping Design, including pipe routing, isometrics and supports.
• Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams.
• Preparing manufacturing drawings and documentation.
• Providing support to the Mechanical Drafting team and working collaboratively with our engineering and sales departments and customers.

This role will suit either Piping or Mechanical experts, interested to learn and develop complementary skills.
