Our environment is part of who we are, and at ORC, we work each day to look after it.The OpportunityWe're looking for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Partner to join us on a 10-month fixed-term basis, covering parental leave.

This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape and strengthen our health, safety and wellbeing practices across the organisation.You'll lead key improvements in contractor management and procedures for lone, remote and isolated workers whilst also providing day-to-day support and advice to our people leaders and teams, helping to embed a proactive safety culture across our diverse operations.If you're someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys variety, and is passionate about keeping people safe and well, we'd love to hear from you!

About YouWe're looking for someone who brings : A tertiary qualification in Health & Safety or at least 3 years' experience in a H&S advisory role.Strong practical experience in incident management, contractor safety, risk assessment, and safety audits.Solid understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act
