What you'll do
Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale onboarding
Identify and engage potential clients to build a strong and qualified sales pipeline
Lead client conversations, understand business needs, and negotiate win-win partnerships
Provide expert guidance on our products and ensure alignment with client objectives
Support new clients through their first 90 days to ensure a smooth transition to the Account Management team
Ensure accurate execution of sales processes and internal standards
What we seek
1–2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred; startup or logistics industry background is a plus
Hunter mentality with strong initiative, curiosity, and resilience
Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making skills
Can-do attitude and grit to pursue and close opportunities
Understanding of mobile and web technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms
