About the Role
The Sales Coordinator is a key role within Aramex New Zealand’s sales team, responsible for driving new business acquisition while managing existing accounts to achieve substantial growth. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The successful candidate will work closely with Regional Franchisees, sales teams, and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development : You’ll make 50+ outbound calls per week to generate new leads, book sales appointments, or even sign-up customers directly.
Account management : You’ll contact at least 50 existing clients weekly looking for growth opportunities, addressing concerns, and improve retention.
Account Engagement : You’ll help migrate customers onto the Aramex Connect portal, identify growth opportunities, and support our sales reps with qualified leads.
Sales Admin : You’ll keep CRM systems up to date, run reports, and provide weekly insights to your BDM and the National Sales Manager.
Cross-Team Support : You may assist with ticket room tasks and collaborate with client services to resolve any delivery hiccups quickly and professionally.

Lead generation or cold-calling experience
Worked in logistics, freight, or e-commerce sectors
Used CRMs or freight management software
An understanding of courier or delivery operations
