Job Description

At Summerset we are here to bring the best of life to our residents. To do this, we know we need to take care of our people to form a team who are strong enough to care, operate as one team, and strive to do their best.

This is a busy and diverse role, assisting residents with their day-to-day activities such as showering, delivering meals and much more. Therefore, you will need to be resilient, kind and patient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care.

This is a casual role with shifts provided on an as and when basis.

Qualifications

Now, we are looking for exceptional Caregivers to join our Rototuna village. To be a successful candidate you will :

• have a desire to support our residents with their day to day lives.
• have genuine compassion for all kinds of people from all walks of life.
• be a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.
