What you'll do | Hei mahi

• Manage and optimise store-wide team scheduling to maximise service, align with budgets, and adhere to rostering principles.
• Plan and oversee comprehensive training for the team, covering both multi‑skilling and compliance requirements.
• Conduct strategic workforce planning to address future labour needs, including annual leave, succession, and certifications.
• Review weekly payroll for accuracy and resolve escalated process‑related issues.
• Provide store leadership support by acting as the Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and fostering team collaboration.
