- Manage and optimise store-wide team scheduling to maximise service, align with budgets, and adhere to rostering principles.
- Plan and oversee comprehensive training for the team, covering both multi‑skilling and compliance requirements.
- Conduct strategic workforce planning to address future labour needs, including annual leave, succession, and certifications.
- Review weekly payroll for accuracy and resolve escalated process‑related issues.
- Provide store leadership support by acting as the Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and fostering team collaboration.
