While patient movement is our core focus we are also responsible for mitigating and reducing the incidences of violence and aggression in the hospital.

Risk assessments and management plans are carried out to prevent incidences occurring or escalating.In this dual role you will be expected to provide support and care for our patients, visitors and staff who visit the hospital as well as facilitating their security and safety.

The core work is patient movement but the safety and security of staff, patients and visitors alongside hospital assets is paramount
