RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead discipline teams of ~30 professionals across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato.

Receive support from Team Leaders, Technical Directors and project delivery leaders.

Join the Building Services Leadership Team alongside other Managers and senior leaders.

Influence team culture, develop people, and deliver client-focused outcomes.

Oversee business performance, project delivery, recruitment, mentoring, and retention.

Shape future strategy and implement initiatives for sustainable, community-focused outcomes.

Lead project delivery and engage externally with clients and the broader sector.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
