Physiotherapy Assistant

The role

We are looking for a part time Physio Assistant to join our dedicated team at Palm Grove in Christhcurch.

What you’ll be doing :

This position forms a part of the physiotherapy team and is responsible for implementing physio treatment plans with residents under supervision.

The key purpose of the role is to undertake physio treatment and assist with all aspects of the physio service under the direction and supervision of the physiotherapist.

What you’ll bring :

• Previous experience in a similar role or industry
• Great people skills with empathy for the elderly  and their families
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Competence with relationship building and engagement at all levels.
• A kind and caring nature
• Flexible multitasking and time management skills.
