The successful candidate will develop and teach upper-level undergraduate and postgraduate courses in literature spanning from the late eighteenth century to World War One, with a particular focus on nineteenth-century fiction.
The ability to also teach poetry and drama is preferred.
The appointee will also teach in one or both of our stage one survey courses and may contribute to other stage two / three courses as appropriate.The workload allocation for this position is 40% teaching, 40% research, and 20% service.This is a full-time (40 hours per week), permanent role.The remuneration range is $97,831 – $116,867, depending on qualifications and experience.For more information about this role, please refer to the Position Description.He korero mou | About youApplicants should hold a PhD in English or a closely related field of literature.
