About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our Ashburton team on a full-time basis.
This is a customer-facing, in-store sales role – perfect for someone who enjoys engaging directly with customers, building rapport, and helping them make confident purchasing decisions.
What You'll Do :
Welcome customers and guide them through our range of NZ-made beds
Understand customers' needs and recommend the right products
Handle in-store sales and work toward sales targets
Keep the store tidy, well-presented, and stocked
Help with basic stock / inventory tasks when needed
What You Bring :
Experience in face-to-face retail sales (furniture, bedding, appliances, or similar preferred)
Confident communicator with a warm, approachable manner
Comfortable working to sales goals and KPIs
Reliable and proactive – you don't wait to be told what to do
Available weekends and public holidays as required
