A better day, every day.About the roleEach Tangata will have individual care requirements, and you will support them with all elements of daily living.

No qualifications or prior experience are required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure all Kaiawhina / Support Workers are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need.Shifts available : Weekends 8am - 5pm only.TrainingPaid training!

Our Kaiawhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two – four weeks of employment and is a mixture of practical training, online self-directed learning, and working with a buddy trainer.

We cover the basics of support including : Infection prevention controlMoving and HandlingMedication managementPractical tasks including personal cares, compression therapy, meal preparation etc.Policies and proceduresAbout YouGenuinely love working with people who need support and seeing them thriveBe intuitive and responsive to people's feelings and needsOwn a smartphoneThe right to work in New ZealandFull / restricted driver's licenseBe available to work every second weekendWhy Us?
