With exciting growth on the horizon we're now seeking a General Manager to help lead our next chapter.

What You'll Do

Lead and deliver business operations across finance, people and culture, and performance.

Translate the Board's strategic direction into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes.

Strengthen systems, processes, and frameworks to support growth, scalability, and efficiency.

Build financial and commercial discipline while maintaining the creativity and agility that define us.

Champion technology and innovation, including the adoption of AI and smarter business tools.

What You'll Bring

Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results.

A people-first approach to leadership through mentoring and motivating others to achieve their best.

Strong commercial and financial management skills.

Experience in operations management within a professional services environment.
