Based in Queenstown, this role provides technical support across the business as part of the service delivery team. You will manage service desk requests, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth technology operations. Previous experience in IT support is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, cybersecurity, telephony, desktops, servers, and cloud systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Monitor systems, perform maintenance, and apply updates
- Handle service desk requests, prioritising and escalating when required
- Maintain documentation and enforce IT policies
- Work with internal teams and vendors to deliver effective solutions
- Provide onsite and remote support, including user training
