We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to grow their sales careers and potentially step into a leadership role, with excellent communication skills, for a full-time Sales Representative position for the FMCG industry at our Auckland head office.

Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for all duties associated with sales and marketing of the Company’s products, including but not limited to :

• Plan, implement and monitor the Company’s operation in the designated location and area
• Promoting and selling the Company’s products and services provided to food service businesses
• Executing strategies to create demand and achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Assisting the manager in organising, planning and implementing the strategy
• Visiting key and potential customers to establish selling opportunities
• Conduct market research and new business development
• Liaise with suppliers (primarily, but not limited to Japanese-based companies), to establish and launch new business ventures.
• A strong understanding of Japanese business etiquette and language will be very helpful but is not a prerequisite for the position.

Compensation

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Plus, annual bonus depending on annual personal as well as organisational business performances

Minimum guaranteed hours of work

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
