What You'll Be Doing
Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards.
Plan and allocate daily tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.
Manage inventory and consumables, including weekly stock checks and ordering.
Prepare accurate quotes for projects and liaise with senior management.
Champion safety compliance and run toolbox meetings to keep the team informed.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Hands-on skills in TIG welding and operating workshop machinery.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Knowledge of health & safety standards and compliance requirements.
