Cake / Pastry Baker

Good Honest Products is an established wholesale artisan bakery with a reputation for outstanding products and service. We are proud of our reputation and as a preferred supplier to the best café and hospitality operators in wider Christchurch. Our products also reach the length and breadth of New Zealand through our food service distribution partners.

We are looking for an experienced cake / pastry baker to join our team, and who will ensure that the high quality of our cakes and pastries is maintained.

The ideal applicant will have :

• A minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of production and cake / pastry techniques.
• The ability to work well with others and under pressure in a busy environment.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm.
• A commitment to high personal and professional standards.
• An excellent command of the English language.

This role includes being part of a rotational roster and predominantly working Monday to Friday on the day shift (starting around 5.00am).
