Part Time Retail Assistant

About the roleWe're seeking a Retail Assistant to join our tight-knit team at Baby On The Move North Shore.

This is a part-time role based in our store in Albany on the North Shore.

Immediate start for the right person.What you'll be doingProviding excellent customer service and ensuring the store maintains high standards of presentation and cleanliness.Merchandising, displaying stock and receiving stock into inventory.Responding to hire enquiries and other customer emails.Installing car seats and providing excellent product knowledge to customers.What we're looking forMinimum of 1-year experience in a retail role.A positive and bubbly personality.Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional shopping experiences.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Physically fit and strong enough to lift and install car seats and receive in stock.Familiarity with retail systems and inventory management, would be a plus!

Able to create reels and posts on social media, would be a plus!

SpecificsThe role requires you to work 3 days a week, including one weekend day.

Starting time is 8.45 am, finishing time is 4 : 15 pm.
