• ) and contribute to delivering unparalleled guest experiences.About the roleThis is first and foremost a Porter / Valet Attendant role on our amazing Bell Desk team, with additional rostered shifts as a Shuttle Driver.

You'll create a seamless welcome for guests (luggage, valet, lobby service) and, when scheduled, safely operate the hotel shuttle for guest transfers.What you'll doProvide a personalised, 5-star welcome for our guestsAssist guests with their luggage and valet parkingGreet guests, unload luggage from vehicles, and deliver to rooms promptlyDrive the hotel shuttle for guest transfers (airport / venues), ensuring safety and comfortComplete basic vehicle checks, keep logs tidy, and uphold road safety at all timesOur ideal candidateCan work AM shifts, PM shifts and an occasional overnight shiftFull, clean NZ driver's license and current P endorsement (required)Confident, safe driver (vans / automatics); good local area knowledge is a plusImmaculate grooming and presentationNot afraid of a bit of hard work; can lift and move luggage safelyBackground in customer service with a positive, can-do attitudeBenefitsCordis is not just about delivering a memorable experience for our guests but an amazing experience for you.
