About the role

This is first and foremost a Porter / Valet Attendant role on our amazing Bell Desk team, with additional rostered shifts as a Shuttle Driver . You’ll create a seamless welcome for guests (luggage, valet, lobby service) and, when scheduled, safely operate the hotel shuttle for guest transfers.

What you’ll do

• Provide a personalised, 5-star welcome for our guests
• Assist guests with their luggage and valet parking
• Greet guests, unload luggage from vehicles, and deliver to rooms promptly
• Drive the hotel shuttle for guest transfers (airport / venues), ensuring safety and comfort
• Complete basic vehicle checks, keep logs tidy, and uphold road safety at all times
