WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO :

The RF Team Lead – Ground Segment is responsible for leading a small team of engineers and technicians and is responsible for the design, development, verification, maintenance and operational support of the ground-based elements of the RF communications and navigation systems used to support Rocket Lab’s launch vehicles and satellites .

Team Leadership and Planning :

• Develop and execute an annual operating plan, translating department goals into actionable team plans.
• Ensure team members understand their roles and receive timely feedback on performance.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high efficiency and effectiveness.
