Job Description

The role

In this 2-year fixed term opportunity as a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role within Alpine of providing business analysis capability for projects, understanding the business needs to enable definition and documentation of problems or opportunities and shape fit for the future, aligned solutions to deliver business outcomes.

As a Business Analyst in our Transformation team, you will be responsible for :

• Building a full understanding of the business requirements, using data and information to define problems and value creation opportunities
• Documenting current and future state representations of business processes and supporting work instructions
• Eliciting information from stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements into a language and format that is understood by project teams
• Supporting Project Managers in the management of BA resourcing requirements, ensuring project placements align with required skillsets to maximise project outcomes
