Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage day-to-day store operations

Inspire and develop your team to deliver excellence

Drive sales targets and exceed KPIs

Maintain and build relationships with VIP clients

Oversee stock management and transfers

Lead visual merchandising, window displays, and seasonal store installs

Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams for a cohesive brand experience

Stay ahead of fashion trends and provide styling guidance to customers

About You :

Experienced retail manager with a minimum of 2 years in high-end or designer stores

Passionate about fashion and luxury brands, with a strong eye for detail and visual merchandising

Excellent communicator with leadership and team development skills

Trend-savvy, adaptable, and proactive

Strong initiative, organizational skills, and a love for creating an exceptional customer experience
