Tauranga Veterinary Services Ltd is seeking an experienced companion animal veterinarian to join our dedicated team in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.

This could be either a full-time or part-time role providing veterinary services for companion animals.

Key responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive veterinary care, routine check-ups, vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and treatment of medical conditions and injuries.

Perform surgical procedures, both complex and routine.

Advise clients on preventive care, nutrition, and general animal health and welfare.

Collaborate with the veterinary nursing team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

What we're looking for :

At least 1 year of experience in a mixed or companion animal veterinary practice.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and the veterinary team.

Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills, with a focus on providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Ability to work efficiently, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
