Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist passionate about supporting adults and older people to achieve independence and quality of life? Join our dedicated Adult Rehabilitation and Health of Older People (ARHOP) team based at Middlemore Hospital and make a real difference in your community. If you enjoy variety, new challenges, working in a multicultural setting and being part of an interdisciplinary team then this is the job for you. Working within the ARHOP service you will be a key member of the inter‑disciplinary team using your expertise to provide occupationally focused, patient‑ and whaanau‑centred care for older adults requiring rehabilitation, including orthopaedic, neurological, general medical and surgical conditions. You will play a key role in empowering people to reach their goals and live well at home and in their communities.
