What you'll be doing :

As a Senior Test Engineer specialising in test automation, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our Salesforce and Digital platforms. Reporting to the Test & Release Lead, your responsibilities will include :

• Designing, developing, and executing automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing using tools such as Playwright, Applitools, Cypress, and Selenium.
• Driving the adoption and continuous improvement of test automation frameworks and best practices, ensuring robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Mentoring and upskilling team members in automation techniques, code quality, and test strategy.
• Integrating automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins) to enable rapid, reliable delivery.
• Developing and maintaining automated tests for Salesforce platforms, with a focus on maximizing coverage and minimizing manual effort.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality releases.
• Identifying, documenting, and managing automation risks to ensure test reliability and effectiveness.
• Providing actionable feedback to enhance product quality and user experience.
