Direct Phone Sales Specialist - Commission Sales

$40,000 – $60,000 per year commission only

This is initially a commission-only role that will suit someone with proven sales skills.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Direct Phone Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential clients (cold calling repeat and new prospects) within our target market to close sales and achieve revenue targets. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients while utilising a proven sales system to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

We expect that you will communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions and continuously strive to improve sales techniques and achieve personal and team targets. You will also record and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

About you

Previous experience in sales is essential, as is resilience and a positive attitude! You must have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients as well as be results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You should also have an ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. You must have strong organisational skills and pay attention to detail as well as being competent using a computer.
