Research Engineer / Senior Research Engineer (Fab), Ime

ResponsibilitiesLead in plan, sourcing and initiate - raise purchase requests accordingly to day-to-day materials / spare parts requirements to ensure stock adequacies, required to ensure smooth Fab operations.Oversee the entire procurement cycle, from purchase initiation to delivery, ensuring timely arrival of goods and effective coordination with forwarders when necessary.Provide good supports on logistics and inventory movements required to enable smooth FAB cleanroom operations.Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills so to work seamlessly with various stakeholders to ensure inventory adequacy and logistics efficiencies.Self-starter with strong ability to work with own initiative under minimal supervision.Process strong sense of customer service mind-set and teamwork.Strong flexibility and ability to handle multiple requests from across teams.Good communication, analytical, problem-solving skills.Demonstrate initiative in driving systematic improvements and supporting inventory digitalization efforts.Ability to work in a multi-task environment and perform other duties assigned by Department Managers.ExperienceDegree in engineering discipline.

Preferably in procurement, supply chain logistic / warehouse operation.At least 3 years of related semiconductor engineering experiences; with good wide contacts with semiconductor material suppliers, equipment vendors.Relevant experience in analytics or strategic reporting will be an advantage.
