What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
As a Capability Coach, you’ll play a key role in designing, delivering, and overseeing training programs that build the skills and confidence of our AA Centre staff. Reporting to the Capability Manager, you’ll work closely with Area Managers and Centre Managers to ensure training outcomes are achieved and staff are supported in their professional development. Operating within a complex business environment, you’ll navigate competing stakeholder needs while ensuring our teams are equipped to meet sales, service, and compliance goals.

You’re someone who motivates others, drives performance, and adapts confidently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in coaching or leadership within insurance or financial services is preferred.
