Overview
Health Coach role within the Te Tumu Waiora collective, supporting primary health care teams across three GP practices in North Canterbury. You will work with tangata whaiora experiencing mild to moderate mental health distress and related physical health issues to support behaviour change, self-management and wellbeing through lifestyle changes, motivation and connection.
