The Role

Working in a dealership environment can be exciting, rewarding and quite demanding.

If so, we are looking for a talented individual to join our business as a Site Coordinator.

This is a role which plays a huge part in our business.

With a large forecourt this role will have many processes in which you will play a big part in.

From organisation of the forecourt to stock management.

23 x Days Holiday

Monday to Friday business hours : 8 : 30am to 6 : 00pm.

Responsibilities

Organisation of Used Car display

Organisation of New Car display

Photography of vehicles

Creating content for social media, and our website

Creating and displaying POS materials for vehicles

Assisting the General Sales Manager in admin tasks

The Person

An individual that is organised, self-driven and has a positive attitude with the desire to meet standards.

You need to be well presented with a professional approach

A background within the motor industry would be advantageous, however, it is not a pre-requisite as full training will be provided.

The chosen applicant needs to be able to deliver the following :

High Standards

Has the ability to liaise confidently with the sales team.

IT literate, competent with Microsoft Office and the ability to use new technologies

Has strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task

Will be required to attend specialised training on site

Hold a full UK Driving licence
