Senior Site Supervisor

We're partnering with a well-respected, locally owned HVAC contractor that designs and installs commercial & industrial systems across the South Island.

Thanks to a strong pipeline, they're adding a Senior Site Supervisor to their Christchurch crew.What you'll be doing : Running day-to-day site operations across multiple HVAC installs.Setting the standard for quality : ductwork, pipework, plant installs - built right, first time.Leading site teams & subs with clear direction, coaching, and support.Tracking progress against construction programmes and updating the PM team.Coordinating with PMs, engineers, consultants, and other trades to hit milestones.Supporting procurement and ensuring materials land on site when they're needed.Spotting variations early and keeping documentation sharp.Owning site safety and embedding a strong H&S culture.Conducting quality checks and upholding industry best practice.Why you'll like it : Join a reputable, South Island–wide operator with a supportive, professional culture.Lead meaningful commercial / industrial projects - varied, complex, and rewarding.Real scope to mentor teams and leave your mark on delivery standards.What you'll bring : 5+ years in a similar site leadership role within HVAC.Solid knowledge of mechanical services : ductwork, pipework, plant, and install methods.Confident reading drawings, schematics, and construction programmes.Working knowledge of NZ Building Code and compliance.A calm, solutions-focused communicator who can coordinate multiple trades.Commercial awareness around resourcing and costs (nice to have).
