Job Description Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort are looking for a full-time Hotel Service Attendant to join their talented and passionate culinary team.
Key Responsibilities Include : Deliver exceptional service by assisting guests with dining, beverages, and gaming experiences.
Coordinate and support hotel staff, including porters, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Assist guests with luggage, bookings, and travel arrangements while ensuring a welcoming experience.
Maintain cleanliness and order in service areas, clearing tables and resetting spaces efficiently.
Explain and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Build positive guest relationships by responding to requests and providing helpful local knowledge.
Expected minimum hours : 30 hours per week Location :
(excluding contributions to KiwiSaver).
Payment of wages will be processed on a fortnightly basis by direct credit to your nominated bank account.
Annual salary approximate : $41,340- $44,460 (excluding contributions to KiwiSaver).

Period of Notice : Four weeks Qualifications 0–6-month experience within a similar role.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain high service standards.
Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
