This is a permanent part-time role working 20 hours per week on a roster that includes weekdays and weekends.This is a varied, physically active position where your mahi directly supports patient care.

From delivering newspapers and water jugs, handing out menus and collecting trays, to serving hot beverages and plating deserts, you will be part of a team ensuring every patient receives quality mealtime service.

You will also help maintain hygiene by unloading dishes, keeping the kitchen clean, and following food safety standards.Working in a fast-paced environment, the role requires someone who is proactive, can follow instructions, and contributes positively to the team.About the Team / Service / LocationOur amazing Kitchen team at Whakatane Hospital is committed to delivering high-quality support services that contribute to the wellbeing of patients.
