The Role

We’re seeking empathetic Sexual Health Coaches to join our global network at Better.Love. As a coach, you'll have the opportunity to connect with clients from various backgrounds, providing tailored support on a wide array of sexual health topics. If you're skilled at building strong rapport, managing complex conversations, and offering compassionate guidance, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact in a growing and supportive community.

Responsibilities

Facilitate personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions remotely through our web and mobile platforms, offering expert guidance on a range of sexual health and well-being topics.
Approach sensitive discussions with empathy and professionalism, providing actionable solutions and support, particularly when navigating complex or malicious client interactions.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethical integrity, and confidentiality in all client engagements.
Drive client acquisition and retention by transforming inquiries into lasting, positive relationships, ensuring a supportive and empowering experience.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

Coaching certifications or relevant qualifications are preferred, showcasing a commitment to professional development.

Outstanding communication skills, including active listening and the ability to navigate difficult situations with care and professionalism.

An empathetic, open-minded, and non-judgmental approach, tailored to meet the needs of a diverse clientele facing sexual health concerns.

Proficiency in conducting coaching sessions via text, voice, and video calls on both web and mobile platforms.

Experience in sexual health or related wellness coaching is highly valued.

Compensation
