The Role

We are actively seeking an experienced and qualified Mechanic to join us at our bustling Tuam St retail store in Christchurch. This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, across Monday to Friday, where you'll be the expert and helping to drive our mechanical service offerings.

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including :

• Performing general and some specialised mechanical repairs and servicing on a variety of customer vehicles
• Diagnosing faults accurately and efficiently using testing equipment
• Conducting inspections to ensure all work meets rigorous safety and compliance standards
• Providing clear and professional explanations of repair work and recommendations to our customers
