Legal Executive - Trust and Estates

Overview

We have an exciting and new opportunity within our firm for an experienced Trusts and Estates Legal Executive to join and support the growth of our collaborative Private Wealth team.

This role requires someone who is able to apply their experience to work proactively and take ownership of the role, by :

• establishing processes and managing trust files.
• maintaining and updating client records and trust databases.
• managing trust compliance and trust / client onboarding procedures.
• overseeing trustee appointments, scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
• Liaising with and fostering relationships with our clients and trustees.
• Drafting documents as well as general client correspondence.
