If you are a student on bachelor or master level and if you find it interesting to combine structure and technical knowledge with focus on benefitting the customers then there is a vacancy in our department. We are currently looking for a student assistant with a flair for IT and with competences within the areas of analytic and statistics. Please be aware that you have to be an active student and you must be able to show an admission form from a higher education institution to apply for this position.

You will play an important role in : As a student assistant your focus will be to support our technical department “Operation Spareparts” in Copenhagen. Your main role will include :

  • IT related issues (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint)
  • Present data in a visual way (Power BI)
  • Assist with Process description
  • Repetitive administrative tasks : E.g. send 100’s mails to customers.
  • Ad hoc assignments

  • You have a flair for IT, you see a potential in presenting data in a structured way, and you have knowledge in handling data.
  • You also find it natural to have customer contact in writing (English) and do your utmost to meet customers and colleagues with an open mind.
  • After some internal training you will thrive in an environment with individual assignments while at the same time being able to share knowledge and enter into cross-functional teams where it is found needed.
