Te Tūranga – About The Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and stores, providing empathetic, timely, and effective support. You’ll work across phone, email, and chat to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless experience. Enjoy the flexibility of working from your own space. While this role is fully remote, you may occasionally be asked to pop into our Palmerston North office for training or team catch‑ups.
