The role could be based in either Auckland or Christchurch.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this autonomous, field-based role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts across New Zealand. You’ll be the face of Abacus dx—building strong relationships, driving sales, and delivering expert product support. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Care to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Building and nurturing customer relationships across your territory
• Driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
• Delivering product education and applications training
• Attending conferences and industry events
• Identifying new opportunities for capital and reagent sales
• Providing strategic account support and insights
• Maintaining accurate customer data and reporting on performance
