The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive Business Support Administrator to ensure the day-to-day operations of the Security team run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll foster a culture of learning, adaptability, and continuous improvement, supporting calendar management, travel, meetings, events and cross-functional projects, including R&D Tax Incentive (RDTI) administration. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will help the team operate at its best.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support and coordination for the Security team
  • Managing calendars, meetings and team events
  • Organising travel, accommodation, visas and conference registrations
  • Maintaining office facilities, stationery and SharePoint content

Supporting workflow, project administration and RDTI compliance

  • Contributing to team building, knowledge sharing and process improvements

    You’re a detail-oriented, highly organised professional with 2 - 4 years of proven administration experience. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, can work independently, and enjoy supporting teams to succeed.

    You’ll bring :

  • Proven experience providing high-quality administrative support
  • Strong project and time management skills, able to prioritise multiple tasks accurately
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with a friendly, customer-focused approach
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Project Web App and Power BI is beneficial
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude, with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute as a collaborative team player
